 If EA owns it, Apogee/3DR is not going to redo it.  Besides the obvious
 copyright infringment, Apogee likes to do its own thing (and do it
 well) way too much to copy someone else's game.  Heck, people copy
 _them_ not the other way around!
 And they have enough work to do with Prey and DNF. 
 EA says it has _no_ plan to make a new Sealteam game.  Everyone is
 just going to have to deal with that and move on.  Maybe they'll
 make a new one someday.  Maybe not.  It's up to them, not Apogee/3DR.
