Win3.1: remove it from the Startup group
Win95: Start | Programs | Startup
In that folder you should find the DAD. Drag it to another safe place. I.e. 
NOT the waste basket. I suggest the WordPerfect of PerfectOffice folder -- 
use an Explorer window for that. I hope the translations and the info are 
correct, I can't check either here ;-)
