A "Harbors" filk is MUCH too simple and obvious...What came to MY mind was
"Lincoln Park Pirates"...

The Worldcon is back in Chicago tonight
And Chi-fen are thanking their stars...
KC's not opposin',
The site's all but chosen,
And Dorsai are filling the bars

There's more fans than places to put 'em
But we're always looking for more...
The Hawk is still blowing,
But we're in here throwing
A con by Lake Michigan's shore...

If I were more awake, I might be able to think how the chorus should go...
