I stand by my original statement.  It matters not if you were in the
tunnel, out of the tunnel, or on the freeway in rural missouri.
Driving 125, without a very compelling reason, VERY COMPELLING reason,
is stupid, ignorant, and smacks of immaturity.
The only caveat I can think of, is if you were on a controlled strip.
