As far as anybody knows, no publisher is even asking about doing B5 novels. 
Remember, the B5 trilogies simply didn't sell very well. This has resulted in
some of the books being rare and expensive but doesn't change the fact that the
publisher can't look around and see that there's a pool of buyers.  Especially
since the show hasn't been in reruns in the States for years.
