Schumacher predicts tough time ahead (30-Oct-98) - Michael Schumacher believes that qualifying will be a struggle despite finishing this morning's practice session over half a second faster than Mika Hakkinen. "I don't think this result shows the whole truth," said the double World Champion. "We got through all our work on our programme today and made good progress with the set-up of the car." All drivers set times on used tyres and the true picture will only emerge tomorrow in qualifying. "I expect the qualifying session to be very close tomorrow," Added Schumacher. "I believe we are competitive and it looks as if all the hard work in testing has paid off for us so far." --- Msged/386 4.20 beta 4* Origin: Blizzard of Ozz, Melbourne, Australia (3:635/728.4{at}fidonet) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 633/267 |
