size and climate.

True. We are about 1600 km north of Edmonton, Alberta the nearest large
city.

There is a two lane highway, mostly paved, linking us to northern
Alberta. We are at the very end of that road. It is easier to fly but
more expensive so I do both depending on the time available and budget.
