You're right.  Win10 is buggier than Maine in June.  Just for fun the other
day, I setup my email client program (Outlook 2016), but it wouldn't let me
in unless I signed up for Facebook.  I'll have to talk to the Help Desk
about this.  Seeing no way around it, I made an ungentlemanly gesture at
the monitor and dual-booted back to Win7.
