Why does one need an ISDN line to allow a connection to the net??  ISDN isn't 
available in this area yet, and there's at least two local boards that can be 
accessed through the Internet.  They use regular dial-up lines to allow 
regular callers to access the net and to allow net callers to access the BBS.
