Like I said in my earlier post I surf by here occasionally and find it 
very quiet...which I appreciate in real life...but not so much in a 
discussion! LOL!!  But I still will continue check in to see what's up.
I celebrated 4 years on July 13th.!!!
I never thought I'd see the day that I could say that it's been 4 years 
since I did drugs or drank...but I have!  For 15 years I used *all day* 
*every day* and couldn't stand to be in my skin if I wasn't high or 
drunk.
These past 4 years of hard work have given me a peace of mind that I 
never thought possible. It was the hardest work I've ever done...and 
the MOST REWARDING!
Today it's rear that I crave or even think about drugs or booze.  When 
I do I get to work right away at discovering what is triggering me, 
and doing something about it.  
And to think I used to think that it was easier to ignore it!!! NOT!!
