It'd be one thing if her method was just something to do for exercise,
but that's how they deliver mail in the cities - even when it's so cold
dogs won't outside for more than a few minutes.   It's inefficient and
pretty dumb in comparison.  Granted, you can't do motorbikes in snow,
but they could make better use of thier jeeps, I'm sure.
