Congrats on winning the QBE for the month of October.  Here are the rules
for the exchange.  You will also find the list of who is NOT eligible to win
at the bottom of this message. 
 
QBE Sequence of Events 
 
 End of Month:  Current winner draws name from participants, posts new 
 winner's name and address, posts previous winners so they can be 
 excluded from drawing. 
 
 Beginning of Month:  New winner acknowledges post from previous winner. 
 New winner is now "current winner". 
 
New winner now posts their choice of block.  Winner may choose size, color
and pattern, but must draw the pattern out so that all know what pattern
they are to do.  Winner should include their mailing address in with their 
post
so all know where to send the blocks. 
 
Winners must participate for three months after winning. 
 
These people will NOT be eligible to win yet.
