No problem. Your machine got 32MB RAM. That's enough for two DOS tasks.
But don't use it as a print server!
The first thing you must looking for, is for a win95 fossil driver. But maybe 
you will not find any without paying about 20 Bucks after one month use.
I run here an equal thing under winNT without any problems since more than a 
year (even frontdoor as mailer).
The only limitation is that I cannot use RAS (for PPP connects) now, because 
the fossil overrite something in the registry.
File seekinings tooks a little bit longer as before. But that's maybe because 
I got 3gigas now instead of 500 megs.
For the message base I am using a small partition because of the cluster 
size. 2kb clusters are even better as such with 64k :-)
