And it's not like it was a new idea here because Campbell ordered eastbound
I-26 turned around for the Hugo evacuation.  Do you remember how far up he
turned it and how quickly?  I was thinking maybe it went as far as
Columbia, but I could be wrong.  (I live on the other end of the state, but
just for the record, I don't blame Clinton for Hodge's screw-up, either. 
SC politicians are quite capable of making their own mistakes with no help
whatsoever from the feds.)
