For the smaller cons, you are right, but SDCC has become so massive,
and so much a 'popular' entertainment, that, except perhaps in JMS's
spotlight, if you shouted out GREEN! everyone around you would just
look at you funny... ;-)
I myself, while I am not a big con goer anyway, would just as well sit
at home and see the panels from the comfort of my own livingroom.  You
haven't been to SDCC for while, have you Amy?  It really is becoming
just unendurable.
