Well from your point of view I have been on that "path" my first 40 yrs. That 
is when I walked into my first 12 step meeting.  It was an Al-Anon for Adult 
Children meeting.  I heard of it from a book I read, that was introduced to 
e
by a person who I never saw again.  Maybe my HP was working on me that day!
Yes the crap, I been through a pile of that in the first 40 yrs.  To much to 
dig out of all by myself.  I am a grateful member of Al-Anon.
