I'm no longer any good at that, although I have no trouble throwing a 16#

Nope.  300 ohm is the twin flat cable.  I'm talking coax with non-threaded
female connectors at either end.  I haven't seen an F connector in so long
that I just now remember what they look like.  I think I'll try Dalco
Electronics.  I used to buy a lot from them when I was in the computer
business.
 
Anyway, I just sent you a picture of the RCA-type cable.
