Humm.  Gary is about 6 inches (perhaps a shade more) has a shortish tail for 
his size, and a 'tall flatish body'.  Heatly sucker but i still dont know 
what he is!  Hope to get back to the store Saturday and ask more questions.
Meantime we have a second tank going now.  Just plants and a few neon tetras.
