Up here, in Winnipeg ('Winterpeg') you'll find people working on their
vehicles in heated, indoor (paid) parking garages, during the winter.
It's common practice to see a movie and/or do some shopping, beforehand,
to give things some time to warm up (-40 C last night, with windchill).
