It looks like a problem that I have. I solved it in very strange way. It
has some connection with a message base content. I tried with recreating a
complete Nemail area but that didn't make a things working.

Here is a dirty workaround. I opened another netmail area called AREAFIX to
which the areafix messages are moved with Netmgr. The Seal wants to write
to the first or primary Netmail area so Seal is called with this batch:

chge %SQUISH% "NetArea NETMAIL" ";NetArea NETMAIL"
seal386 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9
chge %SQUISH% ";NetArea NETMAIL" "NetArea NETMAIL"

%SQUISH% is environment variable with pathname of Squish.cfg. The chge
utility changes a line with "NetArea NETMAIL" to commented one before, and
uncomments it after a Seal. Seal is writing to Areafix area which are
exported by Squish.
