Peggy, you use a Pigma Pen to sign the blocks with.  You can get those
at quilt stores or by mail order from places like Nancy's Notions or 
eepsake.
They work really well and don't wash out easily.  
Question:  are you the one who sent me the block with the postmark from
Nashville, with no return address or note in it to say who it was from?
Block was done in off-white (cream) muslim, royal purple solid and a medium
purple print and is a variation of the Friendship Star I think.  Need to know
so I can add you to the draw for that exchange if you are eligible.  Thanks
if it was from you.  You did a great job on it!
