A few years ago I attended a Trek con that had all of the meeting space one day
but then was crowded into smaller, inadequate rooms the next day because of a
convention of SWAT Teams.  Each group studiously ignored each other but a few of
the SWAT members crept in after the main programming of their gathering was
finished.
