| subject: | Mgetty mailer |
Hello, All. I have this phone line that hasn't been used in years. I also have a modem in the same situation. I did a little reading today to see if I could actually set things up to allow for dialup access. It seems the preferred route is to use mgetty -> ifmail for FTN. Is there a better solution? I guess BinkleyTerm has a Linux port, but I haven't been able to find much information about it, or a version that is less than a decade and a half old. I'd love to have a dialup mailer work in conjunction with my binkd mailer at some point. And potentially toss to my BBS via telnet should it be a human caller. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a setup of this type running? Thanks! ... -- Mike Posted using Hotdoged on Android --- Hotdoged/2.12/Android* Origin: War Ensemble on the go - warensemble.com (1:154/30.1) SEEN-BY: 103/705 123/500 129/215 154/0 10 20 30 203/0 221/6 227/51 201 229/310 SEEN-BY: 230/0 240/1661 5832 249/303 261/38 280/464 5003 292/854 310/31 SEEN-BY: 340/800 423/120 633/267 280 712/848 770/1 2320/100 @PATH: 154/30 10 280/464 712/848 633/267 |
