VBG A "PIN CHUCK" is a smaller chuck with a 1/4" shank which fits into a typical 1/2" or 3/8" chuck as an adaptor for bits smaller than about 1/16". A pin chuck could be used to drill circuit board holes for resistors, transistors, IC's, etc. Mike **** ...
