Same story. I had a great job working in Billing and collections as a liason
between the IC's and Marketing, and Information systems. then they put me
into
Revenue and public Affairs where I had responsibility for the Operator
Services tariffs for all states. Sounds impressive? I had one person working
for me and she only had enough work for part time. where do you think that
left me? I didn't hesitate to take advantage of the early retirement offer,
especially if I could walk out with a lkump sum settlement.

Yes, I just started hitting my IRA this year. I'm letting ED Jones take care
of my portfolio. Yes, I know I could get by a lot cheaper elsewhere, but
his
way they sell off the funds each month for me and generate a check.
Ray are you doing anything productive to make money other thatn in
investments? an associate and myself have gone into the Long Distance
business. We are reselling MCI Service. We have not really got up and going
yet but plan on hitting it hard (or semi-hard) starting next month.
RJ> You can do it yourself without buying an annuity contract. You just
RJ> divide your IRA balance on Dec. 31 each year by your age factor. You
RJ> get the age factor from the IRS pub. on IRA accounts. I also built an

RJ> Ok, great. Do you have PKZ204G so we can send compressed files? If
RJ> you're a little rusty with Excel, I'll be glad to help you come up to

RJ> "Using Excel 4 for Windows"
Yes, I have PKZ204G and you can attach files to me by using my E-Mail address
don.bueltmann@slug.org. I am presently using Excel 5, but I gave myself a
major
PC upgrade for Xmas and am running Windows 95, very soon I will have the new
Office Pro Package installed I think they are calling that Excel 7? I would
imagine I will still have downward compatibility.
Have a nice holiday Ray.
