Mama Melrose's restaurant in the Disney-MGM Studios has a
new menu that is as lot bigger.  Instead of a short,
multi-paged affair, you are now greeted by a plastic covered
six-page tri-fold with the red, white and green familiar
colors blended with pasta, pastel California graphics and
assorted vegetables.
Appetizers are combined of both old and new, Calamari Alla
Melrose remains, a premium squid, house battered and fried
for $5.25 and Mama's Fried Mozzarella with Wild Greens
which is $4.95.  There's also the new Pear Tomato and Fresh
Basil Bruschetta for $4.95, Angelina's Antipasto Salad for
$4.75 and Mama's Appetizer Sampler, a wonderful new
addition that offers up a healthy selection of Marinated
Wild Greens, Calamari, Cheese Pizza, Pear Tomato Bruschetta
and Fried Mozzarella Cheese for $14.95.  The Oak Grilled
Portobella Mushroom which is marinated in a sweet balsamic
dressing and oak grilled.
Mama's Homemade Meat Lasagna is $15.25, Gina's Chicken Tenders
with Mild Mushrooms and Pancetta is $14.75, Joni's Grilled Chicken
and Pesto Pizza is $13.50, Arturo's Seafood Pasta Marinara is
$17.25 and Grandma Grace's Bottomless Pasta Bowl is all-you-can-eat
for $12.95.
