And to add to that - the Bindery MUST be restored before any files are 
restored, or the trustee rights will be missing.
The Bindery has all the user information, properties and passwords, and the 
user ID. The directories contain the rights referred back to that user ID, if 
the ID does not exist, the rights do not restore.
