 Ga> The day is starting off right...  No strange dreams lastnignt...  No
 Ga> temptations yesterday... And most importent, I'm felling better and
 Ga> better. My body is stronger, my mind is clearer, and my soul is allot
 Ga> cleaner! :-) Above all that, what matters the most is that I'm drawing
 Ga> closer to God. Had thought it would take a miracle to turn around. May
 Ga> just have been the alcohol and my stupid ways that denied me so much
 Ga> out of life.  There was times that I feard that God could not take me
 Ga> back cause of my rebeilies ways... I mean, his been there in the past
 Ga> in ways that I would never had expected... And turning away from all
 Ga> that and having him there today is just more then I could ever dream
 Ga> of. God is Good endeed! :-) 
 
 I am glad you are finding good things in your days..and your Higher
 Power..you are right, He/She is there if we just turn in that direction.
 
 Ga> Strange how we say never...  Then turn and do the exact things we
 Ga> sweard we would never do. Umm, I always know'n God was to good for
 Ga> me... And I remember telling him that he would be better off finding
 Ga> some other poor soul to help. Seeing that he would just be wasting
 Ga> preciouce time on me... Ummm,...  Later on as the winds and waters
 Ga> blow, I started looking for shelter ellswere.Only to end up at God's
 Ga> front door! :-) It's has been a long and dangerous journey. Thought I
 Ga> had lost myself meny of time out there in the very real and dark world.
 Ga> Mabey someday I'll have the opportunety to share my voyages with you.
 Ga> :-) Then again, mabey I'll be so lucky as to forget them.  (WG)
 I think a lot of us think that we are so horrible that we can not be
 forgiven..truth is He/She has forgiven us already...we just have to learn
 to forgive ourselves..and this is not always easy..but once we realize it
 things just seem to get better...perhaps not outside, but inside...
 
 If you ever feel the need to share your journeys, please do..you may find
 that others have already traveled some of the same roads and can help..
 Sometimes we find our HP in other people...
 
 Ga> In any case, I'm happy in life... And I want to Thank my God and his
 Ga> Christ for not obandenin me out there. I also want to Thank you and
 Ga> your friends for doing the exact same thing. 
 There is one thing that I learned in Al-anon..and it is the same in AA..
 Whenever someone reaches out, I will try to be there...that is not the
 exact wording but close enough..I am glad you are feeling good today...
 If tomorrow is not quite as good, try to remember this feeling..it will
 come to you more and more...Just put your trust in your HP...and if you
 find the need..find an AA meeting and talk to others there...
