Alan has an issue distinguishing between the two.  Trump will have to pay
the plantiff, not go to jail, and it does not prove guilt.

I am not sure that Joe Biden is lying when he says that he never met with
Hunter's business associates, even though (per visitor logs) they visited
him at the White House while he was VP.  I doubt he remembers, so I am not
sure that really makes him a liar, even if what he says is untrue.  He may
honestly believe it never happened because his mind is leaving him.
