BTW, something in the both the MSGAPI0 & SQDEV200 licences that's often
ignored by people using SMAPI is the requirement "to give credit for
the MsgAPI code, and you must also indicate that 'Squish' is a trademark of
Scott J. Dudley."

Although, now that a derivitive has been GPLed (and Squish probably isn't a
trademark that has anything to do with Scott Dudley), I doubt the above is
needed, but it does seem like another thing that would (for eg.) stop
Debian from distributing prebuilt Husky packages.  

Admittedly the above clause is vague, in terms of where you should actually
"give credit for/indicate a trademark".  In your program's
documentation?  In the copyright notice of the executable?  In the source
code?
