GP>Well what does that mean, that I have to compromise by voting anti-gun &
GP>quit calling Dole an anti-gunner? Is that civilized?
EP> No, I'd rather you just say what you mean, in a civilized
EP> manner.
I do _exactly_ that. You & others just don't like it when I say that
people voting for anti-gunners are, anti-gun. Somehow, its just not
"civilized" to point out the facts? Remember "The Emperor's Clothes?"
EP> As John Wesley said, "profanity is the curse of a poor

I haven't been using any profanity, unless you declare an occasional
outburst of "caca de torro" to be profane. You are accusing me of
something I haven't been doing, while I accuse you of being anti-gun which
you have been doing.
EP> Calling people names and casting dispersions on
EP> their motives doesn't add to the strength of your argument.
I haven't been calling people names. I've correctly identified some as
being anti-gun, because they always vote anti-gun, which makes them anti-
gunners. It should be rather obvious that this isn't the same thing as
calling someone a "bastard" or "son of a bitch." "Anti-gun" simply means
that they stand against the 2nd Amend by voting for politicans that stand
against the 2nd Amend. AG is a term that defines someone's political
stand. Didn't they teach you this at NRA?
EP> I don't mind the discussions, and I don't want you to shut up. I
EP> just prefer to discuss things in a more gentlemanly manner.
You mean by "gentlemanly manner" that you want my speech to be more
politically correct, more conforming to the Fascist Hegelian dialectic
process? IOW, you want me to lie? If speaking the facts makes one seem
"alarmist," don't you think its time we all get alarmed?
