Absent proper training they are hard to use well - but I seriously doubg
they'd be built if there weren't a perceived need, in the form of a market.
Around here, all we have for on-duty is 17 and 19, with a few folks that have
bought their own 26 (which I intend to do as soon as I run across the dougn
without something breaking that costs a 26...)
