I've been the guy holding back a sneeze a time or three in m life, and
it's never been painful or that much of a big deal, so why should I
worry for anyone else when it's clearly uncalled for?

By visualizing a trip through my synapses til I found the area that
controlled my heart's beating, then I willed it slower & slower until it
stopped, and then I was grateful that there's an autonomic system I
hadn't found & destroyed, cuz it kickstarted the heart back up again, in
the midst of a fierce pain down my arm & chest!
