That's the smaller, stripped down, FREE version of QuickBasic.

You could try "FirstBasic". It's reasonably compatible, and with some
tweaking of your programs, it will work. I've converted several of my
own programs. It's shareware from the PowerBasic people, and can be
found on many BBS's, in the "programming" files section.
