MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02
 
      Title: Blackberry Wine Veal Chops
 Categories: Meat
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    Veal loin chops cut 3/4
           Inches thick
      3 sm Shallots  chopped 1/3 cup
      2 ts Snipped fresh rosemary
    1/3 c  Olive oil
    2/3 c  Blackberry wine
 
  Place veal chops in plastic bag set in shallow dish.  Combine
  shallots, rosemary, olive oil and wine.  Pour over chops.  Close bag
  and marinate 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator, turning bag once. Remove
  chops and discard marinade.  Grill chops on uncovered grill directly
  over medium coals 5 minutes.  Turn and grill to desired doneness, 3
  to 5 minutes more for medium.  5 to 7 minutes more for well done.
  Serve with Roasted and garlic and Shallots.  Serves 4
