I no longer drive that way.  I am conscious of the speed limits wherever I
am and stay at or 5 MPH below whatever it is.  Still have to be acutely
aware of the kamakazi drivers who have an inherent desire (or death wish)
to see how close they can get to you without creating an accident and then
blowing their horns causing you to believe you did something unsafe.  The
4-way stop signs encountered here are to some extent a comic relief.
