I was told at the desk that if the case could be locked, they'd accept it.
Unfortunately for me, it couldn't.  It was part of my mother's luggage set
and I didn't have the key.  Never found it, either.

ROTFL!  In retrospect, he was only doing what he was traimed to do.  You
really fended her off?
