Bubba Keith got one with some weird, probly fuel, problem.  Says 
it has a 5 inch lever sticking out of the side of the fuel pump- 
glassfilter that runs off the camshaft.  Is this lever some kind 
of hand primer? it is not spring return.  Or does this lever do 
something to the diaphram throw to adjust the flow rate? 
 
that looks like a hummer with ground clearance. 24 volt electrical 
system.
