that's the bootsectors, code stored on disks - not BIOS!
btw, 07C0:000 is the same as 0000:7C00 (though the later
is a better way to write it, since that's how the CS:IP
is set... and it doesn't vary...)
BIOS (setup/POST etc) is F000:something ...
