It has come out since that a call (1) was placed to 911.  It was a due
to a 'clerical' error between 911 and the police department that failed
to get the information passed.  Saw it on CNN, CNBC and in my local
paper.  It was just mentioned in passing which I thought sucked.  I
also thought that only one person calling sucked.
