sometimes Doris Wills, Anne McReary, Nancy Irvine, sometimes Sue Bewick,
and I get on IRC and chat at 11:30 am Eastern time, Mon.-Fri. 
 
The channel is #clippers.  Have you ever done IRC chat before?  I
don't know enough about AOL chat rooms to even be dangerous, Tom
had an AOL access and canceled it because of technical difficulties.
We now have a more local ISP and it's much easier for us.
I use mIRC and it works well for me.  Get on "Random US UNDERNET
server" or one near you and try it...the more the merrier!  We don't
all get on every day but we do enjoy our crafty chats and the talk
about our families, lives, etc.  
It's amazing how close you can get to people you've never met, you
know?  I'm having the time of my life.  Of course I'm not getting
much done these mornings, but doggone, it's sure fun!
