I'm sorry to have to report that Richard Biggs who played Dr. Stephen
Franklin on Babylon 5 passed away Saturday. No cause of death has
been stated but paramedics that responded suggested that it was
either an aneurysm or massive stroke.  Richard was 44 years old
and is survied by a wife and two sons.

I was fortunate enough to have met Richard two years ago.
