Actually, I read somewhere that gun shots were pretty high on the list.
There is a bit of a self perpetuating problem there. Poverty is used by
some low lifes as an excuse to turn to crime. Enough people have lifted
themselves out poverty and become successful to knock holes in that one.
How much of that poverty is directly or indirectly related to high crime
rates? How do you expect people to get good jobs in an inner city
neighborhood when the area is so dangerous that no one wants to start
a business there?
