Hi Bob RM> I could get to like cyclones like this. Assuming, of course, RM> that I still have a house 48 hours from now. BL> You FNQ'ers can't even organize a proper hurricane. We've had more BL> rain in Sydney! Sydney would be a rainforest, if it wasn't for all the marijuana farmers chopping down the trees. Odd weather here at the moment. I work about 15 minutes drive from home, maybe 4 or 5 miles as the galah flies. Today we got 15mm from a storm at home, and at work it was sunny all day, I didn't even notice any rainclouds. Last night we had rain, *then* thunder and sparky stuff. We haven't had a decent wet since 1991, and it's been a *long* time since we've had a wet as good as this that didn't involve a big fat cyclone. It's happening again now - I just heard thunder, wandered outside, stood in a puddle, and looked at the moon and Rigel. Odd.
