TinySeenbys will remove all systems but yours and those you are connected
to from the SEEN-BY lines of messages sent to the systems listed after the
command.

TinySeenbys 1:320/119 would strip the SEEN-BYs from all messages that your
system was sending to 1:320/119.

Normally, you would want to do this for your DOWNLINKS only.
