I don't assume that.
I am merely going by the tone of the responses by some that the cop has the
absolute right to comandeer your car regardless of any "extenuating"
circumstances.
Those responses did not take intoaccount any physical disabilities that the
driver/owner of the car had, and sort of implied that they would be
irrelevant in any case.
