Or buy one of your own and take your BP while you're still in bed. :o)
I had to buy one and take my BP as I got up, for two months this last
spring. That's when it's lowest during the day and mine was usually under
120/70 w/heart rate of 60-64. Out of curiosity, I'd check it after getting
washed up and ready for the day; 125/75, If I took a shower that day, 130+
but the low number remained 75. If I walked into H.E.B (Texas grocery
chain) and used their machine, it was around 140, but I could sit there
and concentrate on relaxing and bring it down to the 120s on the second
check. The meds they gave me for lowering my BP works by slowing down the
heart rate, thus the BP goes down too. What I don't like about that is
when you do something strenuous (change a tire), your heart can't speed up
as eaily and you run out of wind early.

the victory itself.
