when i was living in steamboat springs, colorado, my friend's father gave
us a bunch of meat he had in the freezer... he was making room for his
annual hunting trip... i know that we got moose, elk, and bear but cannot
recall the others... i made spaghetti, lasagna and pot roast with them...
don't recall which i used for which dish but they were all good... you just
have to be careful with the seasonings and cooking times... i/we found that
starting with no seasonings and then adding a bit at the time was the best
way to go...
