I was on dial-up then.  I don't recall them mentioning that if I upgraded I
would have to maintain a landline, too.

I pay online now.  When I lived in Mandeville, I think my payments were
mailed to Atlanta.  I just checked and that's where they would still go if
I mailed them in.
