And I don't think that there is a drop in mail volume... a drop in the rate of increase perhaps, but I'm sure getting more than ever. Maybe a drop in 1st Class volume as those of us who get stuck with the highest rates because we don't qualify for a volume discount figure out e-mail is cheaper.
